To date, these have been focused more on our larger clients, including government, although we continue to explore means by which these techniques can be applied to small/medium enterprise clients.The nature of the services available through AGRC is diverse and includes captive management, forensic accounting, advanced predictive analytics, natural catastrophe and ESG consulting as well as a range of on-site technical/engineering services. What the day will look likeDriving sales and sales strategy across Commercial Risk AsiaEngaging with potential clients through DAU activity, networking, referrals, pre-emptive marketing, presentations, cold-calling etc. Collaborating with client, team, segment, country leadership and across solution lines to implement effective sales strategiesPaying particular regard to the Enterprise Client and large/multinational client communitiesSetting and achieving sales target at both a personal and regional levelSupporting and coaching client-facing colleaguesCurating a sales pipeline for AGRC Asia on Aon ConnectOverseeing in-country sales activity, including in-person participation on an as-required basisBuilding and maintaining an understanding of AGRC capabilities to map to client/prospect demandSupport broader Commercial Risk client acquisition through execution of the AGRC elements of :Prospect engagement/acquisitionCommercial Risk RFP opportunities, including the timely contribution of quality materials to Bid Management and participation in RFP presentationsRecruiting, supporting, coaching and developing sales colleagues as the AGRC Asia sales team is expandedHow this opportunity is differentThis is a strategically critical sales and growth role for AGRC and a high-visibility role; you will be leading sales and business development in the Asia sub-region and as such, will become well known to the leadership and client-facing communities there.You’ll also be a member of the AGRC and Commercial Risk communities, with helix reporting lines into the leaders of AGRC APAC and Commercial Risk Asia. Skills and experience that will lead to successExperience in a role of similar size and complexityA proven track record in sales execution, whether working in a dedicated sales capacity or as a material component of a broader roleKnowledge of insurance market dynamics and how these influence client risk perceptions & buying habitsPersistence and emotional resilienceAn outcome focused approach, backed by an ability to ‘think outside of the box’The ability to create and curate cross-Company relationshipsComfort in engaging with senior client and colleague leadershipStrong influencing, negotiating, writing and presentation skillsHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
