In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of the organization by identifying, qualifying, and closing net new opportunities within assigned geographic territory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Meet and/or exceed your sales quota
Develop pipeline, qualify and close net new opportunities within geographic territory
Manage sales cycle from prospect to close (with support from direct Manager and Solutions Consultant)
Travel as needed to conduct face to face meetings with HR and C-Level Executives (travel has currently been reduced/suspended currently)
Utilize sales enablement tools including Salesforce.com,
Salesloft
, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo
Learn and maintain product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Partner with Implementation team to ensure a smooth transition for customers
Requirements & Skills:
5 years of outside sales experience in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
Preference for someone with experience in a Sales Methodology- MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler etc.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong written and oral communication skills
