Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have the tools to enable you to perform at your best while being supported by those around you and contributing to the team’s overall success.You will also be responsible for:Driving new business opportunities across the regionProviding professional, accurate and efficient response to client needs through liaison directly with clients and underwritersFacilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate potential business opportunitiesSupporting our branch network with prospecting, marketing, quoting new opportunities.Travelling to meet with clientsAchieving new business targets and KPI’s that are set for youReporting back to the Regional Manager and updating pipelines. About youTo be successful in this role, you should have a proven background in sales, client relationship management and ideally insurance knowledge. You would have the ability to effectively engage with clients, assess their risk needs and convert them into business opportunities.You will also have:Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsCompetency with Microsoft Excel, Word, OutlookThe ability to deliver high standards of quality client service in a dynamic fast paced environmentA valid NZ driving licence as regular travel between the branches is a necessity, and staying away at some branches will be required.
