Our client, a legal technology solutions provider, seeks a Director of Global Sales for their international sales team. This position will drive revenue for new and existing e-discovery, project management, information governance, legal hold, business deal transactions, arbitration management, compliance and public sector performance based budgeting software.

Responsibilities
Develops and manages sales functions for the company's global sales force.
Oversees the reporting and key performance indicators related to company sales to drive revenue growth and advise company executives regarding strategic opportunities for the same.
Supports the sales team as an individual contributor and leader to develop new business and expand existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts in law firms, corporate in-house legal departments, legal service companies, and public sector financial management organization.
Plans and participates in industry networking events, CLE sessions, and educational forums to expand business relationships.
Accountable for responding and overseeing response to client requests, proposals and relationships.
Defines territory distribution for sales organization
Provides and arranges training/coaching for sales team globally.
Qualifications
Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent.
Experience: Five to ten years of combined experience in legal technology sales.
Specific Skills:
Knowledge of legal operations best practices in areas such as eDiscovery, information governance, data privacy, compliance, document management, legal hold, legal billing, or data security.
Proven track record of success in legal system sales.
Adept at building business relationships that foster and result in new and repeat business.
Persuasive communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with the legal software market, a plus. Familiar with other platforms including Relativity, Everlaw, IConnect, Concordance, Clearwell, IPRO, DISCO, Exterro, NUIX, Asana, Basecamp, (link removed), Sharepoint, SmartSheet, Trello, Evernote, Trialpad and Workfront.
Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Webex/Zoom/Teams and Powerpoint.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods, communicate over the phone and bend and reach to access multi-tiered filing cabinet.
Summary of Benefits:
