Job Overview
On behalf of our client, who is Ireland's leading print and digital media publisher, I am seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative. The purpose of an Inside Sales Representative is to generate revenue through telephone and email across the island of Ireland classified categories, and commercial advertising content. As an Inside Sales Representative you will have proven sales experience and performance history of achieving and surpassing targets.
The position is full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm with the option of hybrid also.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales prospecting techniques.
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential customers.
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the key features and benefits of the company's products and services.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their unique needs and pain points, and positioning the company's solutions as the ideal fit.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Utilise CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline.
Lead with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives
Work for the cross functional teams for desired revenue outcomes
Other responsibilities as determined by management.
Qualifications:
3 years within a high performing inside sales environment
Experience in consultative sales process
Strong sales and persuasion skills, with a performance history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of the entire advertising market
