Responsibilities

The MarketPoint Senior Compliance Professional develops and implements compliance policies and procedures. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.


Interprets and defines regulatory requirements to be implemented by external sales partners
Provides ongoing oversight and monitoring of external sales partners to ensure full compliance and minimize Enterprise risk
Works cross-functionally in furtherance of optimizing the sales experience
Manages, assesses and communicates operational metrics relating to regulatory standards
Performs risk assessments, develops and oversees action plans, and provides guidance to operational groups
Builds relationships with external sales partners


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
5 years of compliance or healthcare experience
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Graduate or advanced degree
Audit or consulting experience
