Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sales Coordinators ownership focus is to cultivate the partnership between the studio sales teams and their clients to ensure the team delivers certainty. The ability to optimize processes and procedures within the sales teamwork flow; deliver impeccable customer service to clients, co-workers, and trade partners which provides a lasting impression for the reputation of the company and self.
Create accurate sales quotes for the studio team and clients
Sales Quotes are detailed and comprehensive, reflecting any need for special products, services, or transportation considerations
Enter accurate order information into the company database.
Perform necessary edits to existing orders and document follow up
Enter new clients or edit client base as needed in appropriate client database system
Mitigate client challenges with Sales Executive Team, production, scheduling, and project management team
Maintain supply of samples and sales materials in design showrooms at all times
Operate with a mentality to analyze client data and current trends to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential clients for future growth
Own the client experience by ensuring clients receive prompt response while answering questions regarding their account or sales products
Develop and maintain a system of follow-up to ensure no prospective client or proposal falls through the cracks
Proactively identify and work through problems with a solution based mentality
Establish and maintain professional sales relationship with team members in other departments such as operations, production, and finance to ensure we are Delivering Certainty and maintaining a positive Reputation and culture internally and externally
