POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager - On-Property Experience is to generate leads and meet sales goals, prepare and present sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort's policies, practices, and procedures. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Work closely with the Director of On-Property Experience and marketing Team Members to manage consistency and integrity of marketing communications and the guest experience. *Manage content consistency and integrity of marketing communications and the guest experience for the on-property advertising program.   *Manage available inventory and develop relationships with all internal and external property partners.   *Manage and drive strategy all on-property signage initiatives, which include, but are not limited to selling/billing of inventory, installation/deployment of items and any development and interior design efforts that can affect any aspect of the overall guest experience. *Meet or exceed sales goals and develop new marketing opportunities on property. *  *Negotiate all contracts with prospective partners. *Help determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations. *Prepare weekly and monthly reports. *Give sales presentations to a range of prospective partners. *Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs. *Understand and promote company programs.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Obtain deposits and balance of payment from partners. *Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders. *Visit partners and potential partners to evaluate needs or promote products and services. *Maintain partner's records. *Answer partner's questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability. *Coordinate and attend on-property walkthroughs with clients, partners, vendors and supporting departments. *Create buyout/credit notifications for any billing that affects partners.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Review contracts and tenant leases to understand advertising and marketing provisions relevant to the partnership and ensure our on property advertising support is in accordance with the contracts. *Submit advertising plans for review and finalization by Procurement and Legal. *Implement across all guest touch points the company's brand voice, identity and messaging framework. *Proofread creative comps provided for installations and route for approval within the department and at times drive creative strategy for partners. *Present concepts and/or marketing materials to key stakeholders. *Utilize project and digital asset management systems to manage projects and digital assets. *Work with Production/Traffic Manager on delivery deadlines for printed materials when applicable. *Manage current and develop new departmental SOP's. *Work cohesively with facilities and IT team when signage locations are added, upgraded or removed throughout the resort. *Brainstorm and develop creative concepts by working closely with clients, vendors, copywriters, graphic designers and management to ensure quality of creative and overall execution of deliverables to adhere to property Brand Marketing standards. *Safety is an essential function of this job. *Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job. *Performs other related duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
COMPANY STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

All The Venetian Resort Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company's standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
*21 years of age. *Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States. *High School diploma.  Bachelor's degree in Advertising or Marketing related field preferred. *5 years related work experience in Advertising, Sales, Marketing and/or Branding. *5 years of financial/budget management experience. *5 years of solid brand development and brand marketing experience. *Ability to work independently and within a team environment. *Strong balance of creative and analytical thinking. *Ability to interpret business needs and make independent decisions. *Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience. *Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to:

*Lift or carry 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned. *Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas with or without a reasonable accommodation. *Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts. *Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts. *Ability for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel. *Work in a fast-paced and busy environment. *Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
