Description

If so, the Manager of Sales Administration is in charge of providing effective sales administrative support to assist the team with bringing new members onboard and retaining the customers we serve. This position is responsible for overseeing the Sales Support Representatives who perform advanced administrative, operational and customer support duties. Responsibilities
In this position, you will: assign tasks and projects to the Sales Support Representatives who support the Director, 25-35 Medicare Sales Representatives, and our external agents; you will work as a team to help execute these strategies. This role also requires tracking sales including additional reporting functions such as commissions auditing. You will work cross functionally with other departments while resolving enrollment and customer service issues.
Additional responsibilities include training, resolving HR related issues, project management, office management, ordering sales materials, meeting and event planning, staying on top of local compliance. All of these responsibilities while providing a high level of customer service to both our internal and external customers. This position reports to the Director of Medicare Sales and works alongside the Senior Manager of Medicare Sales.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Active Health and Life insurance in the state of Georgia
5 plus years of experience working in either sales, insurance or a related industry
Prior experience in leading, organizing projects/presentations (formal or informal)
Proficiency laptop computers, cell phones and the ability to navigate mobile apps. This also includes experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel. 
Must be able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs (materials shipped to office)
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits  
Must reside within a daily commutable distance Roswell, GA Market Office; temporary Work from Home due to Covid-19. This position will return to Roswell Market Office. Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office (Satellite internet service is not allowed for his role); and recommended speed for optimal performance for Humana systems is 10Mx1M
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's Degree.
Prior leadership experience
Healthcare industry experience.
Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance
Additional Information
After offer acceptance you must be able to complete and pass the AHIP certification (paid for by Humana) prior to your start date in order to sell our products 
Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.
