Associate Manager – Sales Automation
At Tyson, we’re seeking an energetic associate manager that will drive the daily support operations across technology platforms and work collaboratively with commercial sales stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their ability to have a meaningful impact through making a difference by supporting the commercial sales organization and the many business critical systems, tools, and processes. This candidate will have the ability to establish and leverage stakeholder relationships, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Objectives of this Role
Utilizes knowledge of service level delivery and application of service level agreement to offer superior service
Understands effects of IT architecture on performance
Demonstrates working knowledge of CRM tools and is able to apply knowledge and understanding
Responsible for the proper functioning of existing applications and infrastructure
Identifying problems, crafting, and aiding in implementing the solutions, and providing continuing support
Perform Impact analysis of the reported issues or risks and try to find root causes and solve the issue by going through the business and systems workflow
Ensure system stability
KPI statistics relating to individual and team capacity and performance
Maintain and increase knowledge of systems, tools, and processes
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Manage and ensure resolution of support escalations, including complex system issues
Work as senior support analyst to provide hands on support to commercial sales organization
Plan and execute of proactive non-ticket tasks (such as automation or tool implementations)
Provide user query support and monitoring support queries, with as minimal as possible escalations to development teams
Provide batch support, health checks at the start of the day/end of the day
Create, update, amend relevant production support documentation
Use firm standard support tools and processes
Test and validate to deploy code/configuration change/releases into the pre & production environments
The duties of Senior Support Analysts can be broken into four distinct categories: prevention; correction; adaptation; and perfection
Build dashboards to track performance against KPIs and surface critical insights
Leverage data to develop insights that can be used to guide strategic decisions
Create tools and templates to make manual processes more efficient (e.g. building a PO template that automatically pulls product IDs and customer info)
Work closely with account leads to ensure seamless execution of client engagements
Look for opportunities to streamline operational processes and introduce efficiencies
Work as strong team player
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field
Strong experience in project management
Strong analytical skills, leveraging data to make decisions
Proven knowledge of support operations
Highly effective cross-functional team management
Previous experience working in operations support
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in operations
Power BI
This role will be based in Springdale
