Provide executive-level assistance and support to the Sr. Director of the Cardiac Therapies & Diagnostics. Some support will also be required for the Director of Marketing and Regional Business Directors for the Central and Eastern regions. Daily activities include interaction with high-level executives and exposure to highly confidential and sensitive information requiring a high degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for the overall logistics, processes and communications within the Cardiac Therapies & Diagnostics marketing team. This will also include coordinating and implementing marketing projects with responsibilities related to public relations, special event management, marketing events and marketing collateral. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will assist and support a multi-portfolio marketing team and assist in the coordination of events/communications between sales and marketing teams.
**A day in the life.**
_Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process._
_Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables._
_Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures._
_Gathers and compiles information for reports._
_Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding._
_Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)_
Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
Provides support to the Cardiac sector in administration, sales and marketing activities
Monitors Budgets and Timetables
Gathers and compiles information for reports
Anticipate requirements and execute solutions proactively and prioritize with limited direction.
Utilize time management and prioritization skills to manage scheduling and task coordination.
Schedule/organize meetings, conferences, special events, annual reviews, including the preparation of related documentation.
Co-ordinate the receiving, analyzing, distributing and responding to electronic and paper communications/materials to facilitate the flow of information and to manage the completion of tasks and meet deadlines.
Produce/edit business correspondence with attention to deadlines.
Assist with various advisory boards, panels speaking engagements, and special projects.
Working closely with internal departments in order to respond to customer inquiries and resolve general issues
Coordinating marketing initiatives
Occasionally review and process expense reports and invoices for the Sr. Director.
Aligning communication across marketing and sales orgs.
Assisting in product launches
Organizing and monitoring sales and marketing services and programs
General communications
Attending and/or assisting in the organization of all sales meetings, product launches and customer conferences/meetings as required
File for expense payments related to the business (meetings, hospital program support, etc.)
Assist in slide development and communications for the Sr. Business Director
Provide administrative support for Sr. Business Director as required
Support the Directors (Marketing, Regional Business Directors Central/East) with development of programs/initiatives such as meeting logistics, funding approval submissions through compliance, etc.)
**Must haves.**
_Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education._
_Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience_
Experience coordinating and developing project plans
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Accountable for results
Superior time management, multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with a minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Combination of high-level service
Ability to work very well independently and participate as a key member of a team
Ability to interact and cope with multiple stakeholders in the team.
Excellent organizational skills
Detail oriented
**Nice to have.**
Post-secondary education at a college or university in Marketing, Communications or Business
Bilingual (English and French)
