POSITION SUMMARY:
The Junior Account Executive is responsible for supporting Account Executive, selling to small volume accounts, managing the business to grow market share, achieving sales plans, and increasing the profitability of the division.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Support Account Executives on Larger volume omni accounts
Manage small volume accounts and track selling of accounts
Independently follow-up on small account needs
Present product line to accounts and build recommended assortments
Create and maintain color selling by account on a weekly basis.
Analyze style selling/seasonal item trackers and share out key takeways
Create and maintain line sheet by account after market.
Receive timely confirmation of orders and track monthly shipments.
Coordinate set-up and organization of showrooms.
Be able to multi-task and achieve deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal/customer-focus and communication skills.
Strong problem solving/analytical skills with retail math aptitude.
Strong presentation skills.
Comfortable with the concept of personal accountability.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to do what it takes to get job done.
Goal oriented and self-motivated team player.
Limited travel as necessary
