JOB STATUS: Regular- Full time

LOCATION: 87 Ontario Street West, Montreal, QC.

SALARY: commensurate with qualifications and experience

 

The successful candidate would be a self-motivated individual with a fearless can-do attitude and a passion for sales (particularly new business development) who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career.  This position will concentrate on the development of new business while perfecting his or her own existing knowledge and skills with respect to multi media platform selling. Typical responsibilities will include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Work collaboratively with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. National sales Out of Home Account Executive *Work collaboratively with Account Executive to develop and manage revenue-producing relationships with clients and agencies, using creative presentations about our entire **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. offering *Oversee campaign executions and analysis, in collaboration with associated internal departments (contract creation, instructions, material, invoicing, inventory management, post-campaign reporting) *Build personalized Out of Home media plans for our clients *Contribute to the enhancement of presentations by ensuring all relevant elements are included (research, creativity, inventory, etc.) *Work collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue and communicate with Sales Directors and Account Executive in a clear and efficient way *Develop and maintain knowledge in order to support sales representatives and advise agencies and clients on the best strategy to meet their needs *Always provide excellent service and support to assist with sold campaigns *Able to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time, in collaboration with multiple Account Executives *Be autonomous to serve as back-up when Account Executives are absent *Be proactive and take initiatives to become an added-value employee *Demonstrate and maintain positive interpersonal and professional relationships with advertisers and working colleagues *Renew current clients/ advertisers *Build and develop new clients list
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Post secondary education in Sales or Marketing, or a related field is a definite asset *Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales-related field in a similar size market, with a focus on new business development and proven track record of achievement and increasing sales *Demonstrated success in handling and influencing key decision makers *Must possess strategic skills for prospecting key accounts and handling a high volume of cold calling *Strong negotiating skills and public speaking skills are a must *Highly self motivated with a sense of priority. Creative and solution oriented *Dependable, energetic and highly organized
 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
