**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seekingna dynamic leader for a Senior Director of Sales role supporting our CustomernService business at our DFW (Irving) location.PositionnOverview:nThe Director of Business Development – Customer Service will work to drivengrowth and profitability by leading efforts in analyzing, targeting,ndeveloping, negotiating, and closing business at identified targets tonfacilitate the achievement of business objectives in delivering exceptionalnresults. nnThe market focus will include Aviation, Warehousing,nParcel, and Postal opportunities that are aligned with the business goals andntargets. This position will report to the VP, Customer Service. nnResponsibilities:· nAchievesnannual sales booking goals (cross selling objectives) in the US and withinnmarkets through the development and management of key client portfolio. · nDevelopsnand manages the sales team for Customer Service inclusive of employee oversitenand development.· nWorksnclosely with the Vertical Customer Service Board in Germany to leverage thenglobal strategy.· nSalesnbooking goals achieved through a combination of proactively seeking andnreacting to opportunities as presented within US, as well as, managing accountsnthat can deliver sales booking results within given fiscal year.· nReactsnquickly and prioritizes important tasks to be accomplished in assemblingnSiemens teams to target and to close business that meets Siemens' qualifyingncriteria in a timely manner.· nReviewsnand evaluates potential business opportunities and develops businessnrelationships that result in short-term, mid-term and long-term businessnresults for Siemens.· nTakesn“hands-on” approach, when needed, to help meet sales and profitability goals,nand to help close deals.· nKeepsninformed of Siemens line of products and services and articulate valuenpropositions to clients.· nDrivesnand utilizes Siemens sales, APP (Account Planning Process) and businessnprocesses.· nUnderstandsnthe customer’s market, business and the technological needs to ensure businessndevelopment efforts are aligned with company strategies.· nWorksnclosely with financial team to prepare financial projections associated withnprocuring business.· nAssessnmarket conditions and identifies additional new and creative solutions fornSiemens.· nFulfills all necessary administrative reporting tasks on anbi-weekly and monthly basis and in a timely manner.
