Do I have the skills?
The ideal candidate will need to be able to effectively communicate business requirements to IT Architecture and Technical Analysts to find solutions to fit needed business outcomes. They will work cross-functionally and help drive key strategic initiatives occurring to transform our existing applications to better enable business decision making. They must be capable of driving outcome-based conversations at every level of the organization and work in multi-functional efforts to drive successful technology facilitation. They must be able to understand stated business requirements so they can effectively plan and estimate resource needs to deliver solutions.
Requirements
Location: Springdale, AR
Education: College degree or Vocational Technical education in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical area preferred. Equivalent work experience may be acceptable.
Experience: 5 years of industry experience as business analyst, preferably with functional / technical knowledge of SAP Order Management, Pricing, ATP/Product Availability and other supporting processes such as EDI communications.
Computer Skills: Advanced general computer skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of JIRA, HP Quality Center a plus.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with customers, peers and management required. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required. Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment and mentor less senior, less experienced team members.

Travel: Some travel may be required. Amount of travel will be determined by individual project requirements.
