Description
The SeniorProfessional, Sales and Marketing Support Executive, CarePlus supports the local Market by development and implementation of marketing strategies that will increase sales opportunities. The Senior Professional, Sales and Marketing Support Executive, CarePlus work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Work is performed without direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Responsibilities
The Senior Professional, Sales and Marketing Support Executive, CarePlus is closely aligned with the Market Director, Management Team, and Sales Agent's by finding sales, marketing, and educational opportunities and adhering to and implementing CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines, is responsible for maintaining the local marketing budget and overseeing the seminars, special events, educational, orientation programs, and accurately reporting informal/formal Medicare Marketing Events to CMS. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of equivalent work experience in a related position
Active Florida Health and Life Insurance licenses
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Technologically savvy to include high level use of laptop and mobile phone devices, proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and an understanding of or comparable knowledge of CRM tools and other sales/marketing resources
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits. This role also requires running a Motor Vehicle Report as part of the background check process
Must reside in the local territory and a daily commutable distance to the local market office
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associates degree
Prior experience in the health solutions or financial industries
Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher
Engaged with the community through service, organizations, activities and volunteerism
Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance
Prior experience in Sales or Marketing
Additional Information
Upon offer acceptance you must be able to complete and pass the AHIP certification (paid for by Humana) prior to your start date in order to sell our products
