THE TEAM
Sales Operations is the heartbeat of Zuora’s tier one Field Sales team. With an innovative operational infrastructure and enablement cadence, we empower our front line sales team to systematically sell better, faster, and more efficiently as they partner internally and externally with our customers, prospects and ecosystem partners. So, it's no surprise we strive for operational excellence in all that we do.
YOUR MISSION:
Drive and enable operational excellence in our Sales organization with actionable insights that have immediate impact on our Field execution and sustain our top-line growth.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
Develop and maintain formal reporting packages for Management and Board use
Provide easy to use visualization of key KPIs including historical trends and calculated measures in BI tool and other sales facing technologies
Work with the Field Execution team to uncover areas of revenue opportunity in our customer and prospect base through analyzing customer and financial data
Partner with Finance/HR to document processes and maintain data for various sales performance measurement programs
Increase the accuracy of our forecasting through your deep understanding of our processes
Optimize the sales rep and manager experience in Clari, Domo and other end user systems
Partner with the Field Effectiveness team to provide enablement for all GTM roles
Document processes and methodologies and ensure sales processes & policies are implemented effectively within the team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
3 years’ operating in high growth environments, particularly in the technology industry, management consulting and/or investment banking; experience in SaaS is a plus
Salesforce mastery: complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields
Fluent Clari user
Experience with complex financial modelling
Familiarization with BI tools for data visualization – DOMO experience a plus
Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (sumifs, index/match and vlookup, pivots)
Deep understanding of how sales models/sales processes work
Ability to run numerous activities & projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
