Twilio Flex is growing rapidly and is looking for an accomplished and action oriented Sr. Manager, Deal Desk to be a key operational leader within the Flex Business Operations team to launch and manage a Deal Desk. The Sr. Manager, Deal Desk will take a hands-on approach to establishing and enforcing best practices aimed to increase deal efficiency and effectiveness of deal reviews with early checkpoints, actionable escalations, and valuable feedback loops between GTM and Development teams that also help to inform the product roadmap.
Who:
Twilio is looking for a Sr. Manager, Deal Desk who lives the Twilio Magic and has proven success building a Deal Desk by a pragmatic, consultative, and service oriented, consultative approach to measuring fast moving strategic priorities, surfacing opportunities, and driving operational maturity.
7 years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Operations, Sales Enablement, or Finance.
5 years driving operational improvements in a Deal Desk or Sales Operations in a high growth B2B SaaS environment.
5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, BI analytics, or Tableau design and reporting.
Demonstrated skills for developing standard operating procedures, processes, policies, and nurturing a culture that strives for continuous improvement.
Seasoned in contracts administration: reviewing standard and complex contracts, analyzing and assessing risk, and resolving contract conflicts
Proven project management ability that demonstrates organizational and problem-solving skills that lead to a successful conclusion.
Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and apply sound judgment to provide solutions with a pragmatic approach.
Outstanding verbal and written communication.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority (both horizontally and vertically).
CPQ Proficiency preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
