THE TEAM
KPMG Integrated Solutions provide an innovative and cost effective solution to the delivery of large scale review and/or processing activity, outsourced to our operations, and across multiple industries, geographies and processes. Integrated Solutions propositions relate to but are not limited to, remediation, complaints handling, claims processing, service delivery and conduct risk reviews. Integrated Solutions revenue targets are in excess of £20M pa and UK Operations is the principal business development, sales, marketing and delivery arm driving of this revenue.
We bring together KPMG subject matter expertise, highly skilled operational resource and, where required, proprietary or 3rd party tools and technology assets, providing clients with a single joined-up approach.
THE ROLE
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator works with the sales team to support implementation of sales and marketing strategy and coordinate proposition building to continue to raise the profile of Integrated Solutions supporting business growth. The ability to be a self-starter and work at all levels managing senior stakeholders is key to the success of this role. In addition, the role holder will also support the Sales team in producing briefing material, presentations, webinars and speaking notes for large internal and external events.
- Responsible for supporting Sales Team in the development of the Integrated Solutions brand both internally and externally
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales management and resulting activity including development and maintenance of external and internal websites, sponsorship events and webinars to promote Integrated Solutions and sales and marketing collateral in line with marketing strategy & approach
- Support with sales pipeline tracking, liaising with senior stakeholders to get sales updates and coordinating of internal sales and marketing calls and action tracking
- Effective MS marketing budget tracking
- Coordination in UK support for KPMG global Integrated Solutions campaigns and working closely with KPMG Global marketing teams
- Work with both internal and external suppliers such as CREATE, KPMG central marketing team and Brand and Compliance
- Manage and organise bid development activity including collation of material, creative design work, contributing party inputs, presentation rehearsals and final submissions
THE PERSON
We're looking for our Sales and Marketing coordinator to have:
- Undergraduate degree, or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in Content creation, Online marketing and Coordination activities
- Proficiency in all MS Office packages (including Powerpoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple activities at the same timeAnd you may also have:
- Event coordination experience
- Previous experience of marketing in a professional services organisation
- Preferred background/degree in Financial services industry
- Awareness of the FCA, CCA, Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation, procedures and processes
