SALES TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE
FULL TIME POSITION
Seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, sales driven individual with a minimum of 5 years sales and merchandising experience to join our sales team. The individual will be responsible for the geographic territory including but not limited to Ohio. They will be assigned an existing customer base where they will be expected to maintain and grow relationships and sales. They also will be expected to build and grow their customer base by developing individual business plans.
Requirements
The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for:
Calling on and servicing established retail customers. Including, but not limited to
Ordering
Setting up new departments
Keeping the K-T display successfully merchandised
Showing new items
Demonstrating Items
Attending grand openings
Calling on potential new customers. Showing them the benefits of the K-T line. Including, but not limited to:
Cold calling
Emails
Phone
Attending trade shows
Travel 80% with overnight travel 3-4 nights a week
Working with Regional Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and meet year end goals

Help identify trends and potential new products.
Complete Administrative Tasks Including but not limited to:
Completing Calendar Protocol
Expense Reporting
CRM
Keeping Contacts updated
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong time management skills
Highly Organized
High school diploma required and bachelors degree preferred
A clean and valid drivers license
Good Credit and the Ability to float $1-2,000 to be reimbursed monthly
Personal motivation for success
Computer proficiency Including word, excel, PowerPoint, and social media programs
Minimum of 2 year merchandising Experience
Minimum of 2 years Sales experience
Marketing experience preferred
Self motivated
Strong ability to prioritize and problem solve
