Account Manager - IT Staffing
PALNI INC is a growing professional services and IT staffing organization, is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Account Manager for our Schaumburg, IL office. You must have experience in forming relationships with multiple new clients and serving them all at the same time. As an Account Manager, you will play aggressive IT Sales Person who can grow the company to next level by bringing credible direct US client requirements. Preference will be given to the Candidates who were doing the IT Sales with Direct Clients and having a good contact base. As the designated inside / outside sales professional you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospecting through cold calls and attending meetings with prospective clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years of IT Staffing Account Manager / Account Executive / Sales / Business Development experience.
Proven relationship building background and strong consultative sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Working with Recruiting team and qualified candidates.
Establishing partnerships with new and existing clients through continued communication and meetings.
Expect talented, motivated, intense, and interesting co-workers.
