The Sales Manager is an essential part of the Newborn Screening (NBS) team, owning assigned customer satisfaction in Baebies products and services by building meaningful customer relationships and achieving sales deliverables. The Sales Manager also serves as the customer advocate within Baebies to drive continuous improvements based on customer insights.
nBaebies Sales representatives will work on a close knit team including customer technical support, marketing, and business unit leadership to maintain customer accounts, identify opportunities, and help develop business opportunities from inception through final contracting.

nDuties and responsibilities
n- Identify pain points and satisfaction improvement opportunities with Baebies products and services.
n- Advocate for the customer needs internally with Baebies organization.
n- Track known product usage rates per customer, and forecast next order timing.
n- Communicate changes to Operations team to enable production planning.
n- Proactively communicate with customers to initiate the Purchase Order process based on forecast and applicable lead times.
n- Obtain customer purchase orders, and coordinate fulfillment with Operations.
n- Federal and State legislative initiatives that may impact the NBS business.
n- Competitor product marketing, pricing, updates, new customers, etc.

Working conditions
nThe Sales Manager role primary work environment is office-based, with heavy utilization of a computer and telephone. Extended periods of desk-based work may be required. Occasional evening and weekend hours will be required.
