Come expand your career in one of the best companies world-wide!nThe Micro Grid Sales Executive will establish and lead the sales initiatives to grow new and existing clients for the Micro Grid solutions. This role is responsible for meeting the target agreement on a quarterly basis across the portfolio of solutions and services.nPosition ResponsibilitiesnnOrganize and lead virtual teams across Digital Grid product lines to respond to a customer request for complex Microgrids applicationsnDevelop and execute your strategic plan of operations for bookings and present the sales pipeline and forecast to executive management regularlynDrive activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities utilizing Siemens solutions and experience in the Energy, Industrial & Infrastructure verticals with focus on the target markets and customersnDesign strategy and translate it to tactics and concrete action items to foster demand generation from opportunity development to deal closingnParticipate in account planning activities with Siemens Sales channels and Business Development Managers to ensure the best technical solution strategies for growth are established and implemented through value proposition developmentnEstablish and maintain a positive business relationship with customers to become a Siemens technical advisornSupport Product Life-Cycle Management process (PLM) in creating technical requirement documentation based on global and local market needs for development or adaptation of future products, solutions, and systemsnRepresent Siemens in various technical committees and organizations to influence industry standards and policiesnProvide technical guidance and training to Siemens Sales channels and Business Development Managers for establishing standards and develop associated recommendations for ongoing business growthnnSkills and Experience RequirednnBS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the sales of different Microgrids and Energy transaction applications as well as direct working knowledge regarding implementation of these solutionsnStrong technical knowledge of Microgrids SolutionsnProven track record of business development and account management, including accurate sales forecast, sales process management, and successful attainment of quota in a complex sales environmentnDemonstrated negotiating skills, conflict management skills, sense of accountability and the ability to work through others is requirednDemonstrated experience with diverse sales channels - direct, indirect, and diverse sales processesnDemonstrated strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
