We are looking for anSALES SPECIALIST to bring their expertise to this groundbreaking startup and help put the power of massive healthcare organizations into the deserving hands of independent practitioners. You fit this position if you are a natural closer that reaches beyond established sales goals, a charismatic cultivator of leads, are proactive in conducting sales strategy assessments, and eager to pioneer the progressive future of healthcare.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Become intimately familiar with our members and group purchasing organization programs to flawlessly represent the omo.md brand *Develop and nurture prospective leads into clients and foster constructive relationships with existing members *Initiate phone calls and in-person meetings to connect independent practices with the products and services that benefit them most *Evaluate client and member feedback and coordinate with internal departments to improve outreach *Work with marketing team to develop prospecting outreach strategies to drive sales growth
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
*Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or equivalent experience *Expertise in group purchasing organization models, language, and the roles they play in physician practices *Demonstrable experience in a sales and customer service environment (knowledge of group purchasing organizations is a must) *Stellar track record selling products and services to independent physician practices *Comfortable managing high volumes of inbound and outgoing communications *Friendly communicator with exemplary interpersonal skills *Results-oriented and confident in a fast-paced start-up environment
