Small Commercial Entertainment P&C Account ExecutiveA Small Commercial P&C Entertainment Account Executive is an emerging leader who is responsible for the day-to-day account management and for broking of Entertainment Commercial P&C insurance programs.This position will learn to build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients at senior levels and to lead appropriate resources to address the client's risk needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. This is done through service, pricing, consultation and reporting and promoting the value Aon delivers to clients. This role is remote to Nashville, TN with an expectation that you travel to meet with clients as needed. Job Responsibilities:Leads an assigned book of Commercial Entertainment clients of varying size and complexity.Works closely with the Personal Lines Entertainment Account Executive to service clients and ensure there are no gaps in coverage.Brokers and maintains required insurance policies and risk management solutions on behalf of clients.Conducts annual reviews for clients ahead of key renewal dates.Responds to business managers outside of business hours and on weekends as required.Advises clients on new and changing risks, completes certificates of insurance, and is familiar with a wide range of commercial entertainment insurance contracts.Coordinates all client related billing matters and maintains aged receivables report.Works with Client Services team and assigned Coordinator to process changes and other client requests in a timely manner.Maintains an awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim related matters and assists in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.Engages internal and external resources as required in order to Empower Results on behalf of our clients.Achieves assigned annual revenue growth and retention metrics. Supports growth of book of business through rounding of accounts and through new business production.The time service standard: returning a phone calls and emails by the end of the day.Establishes and maintains significant working relationships with insurers, business managers, and colleagues through regular contact and interaction.Maintains awareness of all insurance carrier partner products, services and systems.Fully applies internal client management system to maintain policies, client correspondence, coordinate billing activities and handle client related tasks.Achieves assigned visibility and disclosure and compliance goals.Champions innovative solutions to drive success for our clients.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:Minimum 5 years of appropriate insurance and broking experience in Commercial Entertainment P&C insuranceDeep knowledge of Commercial P&C contractsExcellent negotiation skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong knowledge of the insurance business and the assigned clients’ needs as well as all major lines of businessProficiency in PC office products such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is required.Proficiency in utilizing carrier management platforms, working in non-admitted markets, and completing ACORD applicationsProficiency in Nexsure agency management system preferredEvidence of ability to become proficient in the use of Aon specific software tools and create innovative solutions. How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
