on behalf of our Client in East Galway. The successful company supply, manufacture and install high quality, natural & composite stone worktops. Your role here will be responsible for selling a range of luxury and bespoke stone worktops. This role will see you covering various elements of the business including sales and administrative duties. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, organised and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opportunity to develop and demonstrate your selling and customer service skills in a beautiful, high-end showroom environment.
* Providing outstanding customer service and understand the customer needs and generate creative ideas and solutions that will fulfil their requirements.
* Maintaining the standard of the showroom.
* Taking personal responsibility for resolving customer issues pre-sales and post-sale in a timely fashion
* Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products
* Ensure that sales administration is kept up to date and that requests for information from both internal and external customers are responded to promptly.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent customer service levels and telephone manner is essential.
* Attention to detail.
* The applicant must be educated to at least Leaving Cert standard and be able to display a strong aptitude for working with figures.
* A working knowledge of MS office is required.
* Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales, preferably in kitchens/high end interiors.
Job Type:
Full-time - Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm
Salary:
Negotiable The package will reflect candidates experience and suitability for the role.
