It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.   ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building out Aon’s regional People Risk capabilities around Kidnap Ransom and Extortion, Security Incidence Response, Geo-political Risk and Medical Evacuation Solutions.Works with Insurer and Assistance vendors to enhance our overall client offering in terms of unique Aon Solutions.Acts as spokesperson for and on behalf of the Expat CoE team in relation to all people Risk related matters.Generating profitable sales of people risk solutions whilst supporting Expatriate Benefits, through:The development and execution of a defined people risk sales strategy in conjunction with the Expat CoE Practice LeaderDeveloping a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across the Large Market, Regional and Global segments, as well as our defined market segments Ownership and full responsibility for converting those identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the relevant client servicing teams either at Regional or local country levelDeveloping Aon United (cross-sell) opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise and an ability to help solve clients’ needsLeading and managing responses to tenders (RFP’s) and developing quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant country and regional expertiseWorking with the broader regional sales team and Industry Practice Leaders to drive cross solution line outcomes in the Large Market, Regional and Global segments and aligning with the Enterprise Client GroupFollowing the Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through CRM Connect usage and compliance with marketing and branding standardsPerforming other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your Manager and members of the Regional Leadership TeamContributing, as required, to Health Solutions Asia and Regional Benefits APAC initiatives and leadership forumsEngaging with all internal country and regional teams to bring the best of Aon to the client, and in particular by working closely with Regional Benefits APAC and Health Solutions Asia teams Maintaining a continual professional development standard through Aon University and any other industry driven licensing or educational requirements On-going adherence with the Aon Leadership Model (ALM) behaviours Requirements  Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an adviser, consultant or account manager in the Insurance Industry, working with multinational clients across sectors.Background in Sales and Business Development with experience in the people risk market is highly desirable   Degree or Diploma in any relevant disciplineMinimum regulatory requirements for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS.
