We are looking for a Sales Development Manager.nResponsibilitiesnn Establish a sound process for new business development and account management activities, and tracking mechanisms based on key metrics and deliverables.n Communicate, train and educate the sales team as to process and clear expectations. Drive activity volume: time allocated to prospecting leads, cold-calling, quotes, referrals, calls, emails, social media tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pardot, Facebook, etc.; and frequency, cadence of these activities to achieve assigned budget.n Leverage sales tools and sales report writing tools for the sales team to effect timely daily sales reporting of revenue, bookings, prospecting activities, quote output, referrals, new market information, to drive higher engagement. Conduct weekly 1 over 1 sales performance reviews.n Train new hires on basic telesales techniques to include cold calling, getting past gatekeepers, identifying decision makers, creating need, negotiating pricing, asking for the order, overcoming obstacles, and confronting prospects.n Manage information relevant to forecasting. Develop volume/sales forecasts and pipeline for new business opportunities.n Develop and penetrate strategic target accounts.n Build and foster relationships with potential customers.
