Aon is looking for a Senior Account Executive! We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Aon Private Risk Management team in Nashville, TN! Job Description Summary:An emerging leader who is responsible for the day-to-day account management and broking of high net worth personal insurance programs.Builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing and prospective clients. Leads appropriate resources to address the needs of the client/prospective client, thereby retaining and growing a profitable book of business. Promotes the value that Aon delivers to clients through superior service, pricing, consultation and reporting.Job Responsibilities:95% or greater on Transparency and Disclosure Scorecard.Average revenue retention on the book of business is 100%. Average client retention on the book of business is 97% based on the number of clients. 100% retention of clients generating over $10,000 in revenue.Responds to client issues in an appropriate manner. The time service standard: returning a phone call within 24 hours and responding to email by the end of the day. Processes changes and endorsements within 48 hours of receipt.Control expenses to within budgeted levels and make sure expenditures are aligned with our business objectives and company guidelines.Conducts annual reviews for clients ahead of key renewal date.Counsel clients on and report claims. Maintain an awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim related matters and assist in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients, referral sources and colleagues through regular contact and interaction.Actively develop additional business from existing portfolio.Manages input to and follow-up on invoicing and receivables process for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.Work closely with Entertainment Business Manager and be open to working a few days a week from the Business Manager’s office.Required Experience:Minimum of 5 years of appropriate insurance and broking experience in the Entertainment space with Business Managers handling entertainers and athletes.Excellent negotiation skills.Strong knowledge of the insurance business, specific to entertainment clients and the assigned clients’ needs as well as all major lines of business.Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is required.Proficiency in applying carrier management platforms (Chubb, AIG, Ace, Progressive, etc.). Proficiency in Nexsure preferred.Evidence of ability to become proficient in the use of Aon specific software tools and build innovative solutions.Education:Property & Casualty LicenseCPCU, CIC, CPRM or ARM completed or in process is preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent is preferredThe salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
