Duties:
Generate new revenues by selling ICONMA’s staffing services and solutions to clients in the United States and Canada.
Penetrate target accounts and gain access to appropriate decision-makers through Telesales activities.
Identify potential clients and customer groups in the local and national markets with knowledge of competitor operations, strengths and strategies.
Develop sales strategies and proposals by using client and company knowledge to evaluate potential projects and accounts and also to reactivate previous clients.
Maintain an appropriate incremental opportunity pipeline to achieve sales goals.
Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders to promote ICONMA and its services.
Contribute new ideas for achieving and exceeding targets.
Graduating to a face-to-face sales role covering a specific region in United States and Canada.
Experience:
Minimum of 12 months experience in sales in either recruiting or consulting.
Outstanding sales record in related industries will also be considered.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective organizational and time-management skills.
Must have basic knowledge of Windows 95/98/2000, Outlook and be proficient using spreadsheets and word processing programs (preferably, Microsoft Word and Excel).
Bachelor's degree in Sales and/or Marketing or related field preferred.
Persistent and tenacious.
Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work with recruiters and all levels of management.

Competitive salaries for right candidate including uncapped commission plan.
