For our Managed Service Group, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager that has Project Management experience and has supported sales activities. Experience with MS-Projects and managing staff is essential.

Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will have relevant sales support experience within the Infrastructure / Managed Services area.
You will be experienced in working with key vendors, management and presales in identifying the best solution for your clients.
Experience in supporting high value complex solutions
Experience with hands on Project Management
Experience managing a staff
Effectively supporting every stage of the sales cycle from first contact to implementation.
The successful candidate will be driven and have a can do, positive attitude.
Strong MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (Intermediate to Advance)
Strong MS-Project experience
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven sales, business development or account management track record in the IT infrastructure sales.
A degree or higher in IT, Business, Marketing or related field
High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented
Dedicated & excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
To be an independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.
