Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage online sales conducted through website
Handle all customer communications via website chat feature/phone call/email/Text
Set appointments for customers to meet with sales associates
Establish relationships with customers
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Previous experience in a customer service-related fields welcomed, but not required
An excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Ability to build rapport with clients
Extraverted and friendly attitude
Prompt and courteous demeanor
