Still, we are on a significant and ambitious growth journey to double the business and thrive through the energy transition. Achieving our ambitions will mean keeping customers at the heart of our business and treating every interaction as a chance to deliver on our purpose of making life’s journeys better. Mobility’s Global Marketing Team are passionate about Shell’s customers and creating long-term business value - whether it is developing and sustaining innovative CVPs based on customer insights, creating marketing-leading pricing strategies, delivering best-in-class communications, loyalty programmes, & operational excellence, or leading in the digital & data space, the Global Marketing Team works hand-in-hand with local teams to drive synergies and innovation.

The Global E-Mobility team within Global Mobility Products is responsible for delivering a world class CVP in e-mobility, that drives demand to help Shell achieve its ambition of being the leading player in on-the-go EV charging globally and thrive in the Energy transition. The team plays a central role in business case development for our investments, leveraging the Shell Recharge brand and drawing on customer insights to help predict and then drive underlying utilization, ensuring Shell’s world class investment case in our EV assets globally. The team is also tasked with looking at the fastest, safest, and most convenient ways to serve our customers, which means helping challenge Retail to grow its EV charging footprint beyond the forecourt. To this end, we bring a strong external focus, looking at partnerships and alliances that can enhance our CVP, and help Shell Recharge be the preferred brand for our B2C and B2B customers.

Dimensions

OEMs (traditional and emerging) play an increasingly important role in the world of e-mobility and as Shell Mobility grows its offer in e-mobility, OEM partnerships will play an important role the growth of the Shell Recharge network and customer experience, across both digital and physical dimensions.

What’s the role?

Your main responsibility will be to develop strong partnerships with global OEM accounts and represent Shell Mobility’s various lines of business, to make Shell the OEMs mobility partner of choice. Furthermore, you will manage internal alignment between other parts of the Shell business interfacing with OEMs, including, hydrogen, lubricants, and our renewables & energies solutions business.

Drive e-mobility Shell branded offer and negotiate favourable commercial terms that ‘value’ the Shell network and the uniqueness of the Shell CVP.
Develop & test new forms of partnerships & alliances with OEMs to enhance Shell Recharge CVP (business model innovation).

Deliver OEM strategic account plan integrated with other COBs and aligned with relevant Mobility teams.
Deliver account targets as per OEM strategic account plan.
