Job Summary:The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst will work closely with Sales Operations, Sales Managers/Team Leaders, Customer Service and Account Management teams and others to increase efficiency and productivity, enhance sales performance, improve retention rates and ultimately drive revenue. You will equip CoverWallet’s sales and service organizations with knowledge, resources, tools and strategies that they need to sell and service more effectively during the transformation of the commercial insurance industry. Essential Job Functions:Coordinate and develop materials for the organization to leverage and/or assist other CoverWallet SME’s in how and what to include to deliver an effective trainingManage on-boarding curriculum and administer training for all new sales and service representativesCreate schedule and content for weekly training sessionsMaintain and update centralized collateral repository and localization of key documentsFacilitate ongoing product and process improvement trainings to all teams, as applicableDevelop customized content specific to industry, vertical, lines of business, etc. Qualifications:Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in business or relevant area of studyPrevious experience working in sales and understanding the pain points experienced by salespeoplePrevious experience in marketing with an understanding of communicating brand and product vision and roadmapContent creation experience building assets and materials that are externally facing and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycleDemonstrate a working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologiesTechnical:Basic computer literacy, G suite preferred and Salesforce a plusStrong ability to communicate via email and phoneProfessional: Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action and adjust to change are key attributes to this roleDemonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsCreative problem solver with strong analytical skills; self-motivated; excellent communication skillsWe offer you:A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
