Compushare is currently seeking a driven, client experience focused, relationship savvy Relationship Manager to oversee multi regional client relationships. The Relationship Manager will be the single point of contact and own relationships for clients and will be responsible for enhancing the client experience and upselling add-on services.
This position has direct, daily interaction with external and internal clients. Client facing responsibilities will require frequent contact via phone, e-mail and face-to-face meetings.
The Relationship Manager is equipped and empowered to assess and resolve client issues and requests. Typical daily activities include supporting the sales force by proactively calling clients and providing information and education on services while assessing business development opportunities. Other responsibilities include researching of client transactions, processing client requests, helping clients navigate account features, providing issue resolution and responding to inbound client inquiries.
Essential Job Function:
Create a positive client experience; achieve and maintain rapport with clients and provide quality client service at all times;
Provide proactive sales and service support to current clients and future prospects. This involves extensive telephone (both inbound and outbound calls) contact and documentation of activities in the client management database;
Promote products, strategies and value added services effectively by phone;
Provide input and suggest service strategies related to cross-segment business issues;
Assess and resolve client issues and requests;
Research client transactions, processes client requests, assists clients in navigating account features, provides issue resolution and responds to inbound client inquiries;
Document, retrieve, maintain and update all client information, status of projects and ensure that all information is accurate;
Maintain current knowledge of industry events, and recent developments impacting clients;
Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in business or other related discipline;
Four plus (4 ) years of professional work experience, providing client services at the corporate-level, handling internal and external-facing strategic issues, preferably at an Information Technology consulting firm, Information Security Company or a tech focused company with a large portfolio;
Proven experience successfully managing relationships and upselling to multiple clients is required;
Experience in or familiarity with the Financial Institution Industry is highly desired;
Computer literacy including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required;
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with strong time management and organization skills:
Proven problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical abilities for the purposes of exceeding internal and external client expectations;
Experience in utilizing a Client Relationship Management [“CRM”] system required. Experience scheduling technical resources utilizing a CRM to record and deploy schedules. Passion for consistently maintaining client data integrity;
Experience working in a busy, high performing, and technical service delivery environment in a client facing role;
Must be able to work well in a team environment with the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Compensation
Base salary for this position varies based upon the years of relevant experience.
