The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) Sales Team. The role will be responsible for supporting the sales team with operational and client queries, and delivering on sales targets across a broad range of solutions. This is a dynamic role which is perfect for someone with an acumen for building strong relationships, as you will responsible for generating and following up with leads as well as writing proposals. Key responsibilities will include:Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, sharing and coordinating internal and external leadsOrganising, planning and researching with various Aon branches to identify new clients/industry segments to focus our lead generation effortsArticulate the client value of solutions relevant to the risk consulting teamMonitor, collate and report on resultsAssist with the roll out of internal and external sales campaignsEnsure representation of Aon within the business community by seeking and accepting appropriate opportunities to present the company’s interests and perspectivesAbout you: Passionate self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, follow-up and exhibit creative problem solving – ultimately delivering projects and assignments on target and on time within a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to work closely with various cross functional groupsA creative problem solver who brings innovative ideas, new perspectives, and a wealth of enthusiasmExcellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and relationship skillsDemonstrated responsiveness to colleague and leadership requests About Us: We’re a team of authentic and inquisitive individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities.
