Description

The Pharmacy Inside Sales Executive works to leverage targeted geographic analysis, and engages with Physician offices telephonically to influence physicians to route patients' prescriptions to Humana Pharmacy for fulfillment. This position focuses on increasing orders to Humana Pharmacy, resulting in increased prescriptions and revenues.

Responsibilities

You will spend time over the phone building relationships with key points of contact in medical clinics within the territory. Your role is provide staff with education and information on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications. There are several patient benefits for using Humana Mail Order pharmacy - lower cost, easier approvals, resource assistance and a more comprehensive cycle of care.

Required Qualifications


1 year of sales support or inside/outside sales experience
Knowledge of or experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of business dynamics
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnering business segments
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point


Preferred Qualifications


Specialty Pharmaceutical industry experience is ideal
Knowledge of Pharmacy benefits
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience


Additional Information


Must be willing to work in EST
Work at home nationwide location
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office (Satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and recommended speed for optimal performance for Humana systems is 10Mx1M


Vaccination Info

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
