The Opportunity Our Timaru branch currently has an opening for an Account Executive to join the team. This is a varied role where you will provide support to our commercial clients, as well as managing a small portfolio of domestic business. As a key point-of-contact for the Timaru branch, you will engage with a broad range of people. This is a fantastic opportunity for an insurance professional looking to develop their existing broking skills or an experienced administrator looking to move into the broking / insurance sector. We would value a person that is looking to grow, and has drive to move up in the branch and business as we grow. You would be responsible for:Supporting the relationship management of an existing client baseSupporting the growth of existing clients and new businessWorking closely with account managers on client quotes and renewalsManaging the insurance claims process for clientsNegotiation of policy terms and conditions with insurers, ensuring positive outcomes for clientsMonitoring outstanding premiums and assisting with their collectionSupporting ad-hoc branch duties alongside the wider team. About you You could have a background in Administration & Customer Service with a passion for putting the customer first and going the extra mile.
