The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for positively impacting performance and business results through effective enablement and sales training. This role will write sales playbooks, lead training sessions, and incorporate all platform/product positioning of our sales tools and overall sales strategy. The Sales Enablement Specialist will build Sales Enablement processes, coach salespeople on our platform and content while effectively and passionately positioning them to our customers.u00A0Job ResponsibilitiesCreate, develop, manage, and lead the successful execution of sales enablement programs based on sales objectives and revenue targetsu00A0Coordinate between Sales, Content and Product Marketing to develop communications and training materials to arm Account Executives and Business Development Reps with information they need to be successful during each step of the sales cycleConduct Onboarding and Certification workshops for new and existing Account Executives and Business Development Reps to certify and continue to upskill their readiness in our value messaging, product knowledge, and internal sales toolsDevelop a best-in-class sales playbook which will incorporate a certification process requiring all sales personnel to be able to effectively and passionately provide demou2019s of the eMoney Advisor platform, that incorporates all core value propositions to prospects/customers both in person and on conference callsProvide input on strategy based on knowledge of industry and technology trends as well as crucial discovery gained from customersDevelop and manage a content repository for Sales to readily access the most current pitch book resources and collateralu00A0Work with Sales leadership to identify areas of opportunity, key metrics, and sales prioritiesu00A0Commit to understanding the key differences in the clients we serve (firms and independent financial professionals), the challenges they face, and the value eMoneyu2019s technology solutions brings to their businessesStay up on industry news and trends, identifying opportunities accordinglyu00A0RequirementsBA/BS degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferredu00A03-5 yearsu2019 experience in sales enablement in a Saas or similar Tech-focused environmentu00A0Skillsu00A0Experience building and leading Sales Enablement processes from the ground up as well as training and coaching salespeople on best practices and areas of improvement/opportunityStrong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teamsExcellent working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Outreach (call recording system a plus)Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to influence without authorityOutstanding project management skillsStrong business analysis and functional experience with quantitative and analytical skillsStrong presentation (Google Slides/PowerPoint) and spreadsheet (Google Sheets/Excel) skillsDemonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutionsThe salary range for this position is $78,000 - $94,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.u00A0 This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.u00A0u00A0u00A0
