Job Summary

Seeking candidates with efficient skills in organization, time management, detail oriented, follow-up / follow-through, and Salesforce. Seeking a coordinator who will own the entire process from beginning to end. Responsible for the facilitation of Business Class customer orders from order submission through installation. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Ensure contracts meet all submission criteria and compliance requirements and approve or reject contracts as appropriate.

Review contract and validate services with customer to ensure accuracy.

Serve as primary contact with identified customer and vendor/VAR along with in-house IT, technical operations, and construction.

Navigates through multiple systems to build orders.

Accurately update, track, and process all bulk agreements using the established files/databases within the Florida Region, while meeting service level guidelines. Scan, upload and maintain complete packets for all deals in Salesforce. This includes but is not limited to, Agreements Packets, Wi-Fi Assessments, Courtesy Requests, Address lists, W9, Legal Description, Property Easements etc.

Accurately and timely record all required easements by assigned area, within service level guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, logging, county filing, and following up on exceptions through to full resolution.

Accurately and timely process Common Area Wi-Fi/Courtesy account requests as outlined in fully executed Agreements, within service level guidelines. This includes but is not limited crafting new service requests on courtesy portal, working with warehouse team.

Complete address audits and work with other owners to resolve discrepancies. Once the accurate address count is established, upload into biller and SS within 30-60 of receipt of Packet. Update Dwell type and HMC to ensure revenue compliance. Field coordinator trackers must be updated consistently, accurately, and timely. Audit and maintain all documents in Salesforce and updates to align with contract execution.

Work with various levels of sales, operations, engineering and other functional groups to ensure order flows appropriately.

Meet scorecard productivity/quality metrics.

Work on projects as assigned.

Lead huddles with teams as assigned.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work when needed nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime.
