**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to develop, activate, and manage Portworx go-to-market programs for route to market partners.
The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for the development and management of the go to market programs for resellers, distributors, global systems integrators and managed service providers. The successful Partner Sales Manager will work in tandem with cross functional teams including; channel operations, enablement, legal and the global partner organization to integrate, develop, educate and enable partners to build Portworx pipeline and drive bookings growth.
They will also collaborate with the Partner and Field Marketing team on programs and events designed to promote Portworx products and drive revenue to Pure through partners.
Create strategies and lead efforts to maximize sell-through of Portworx products within all partner routes to market
Identify and activate new partners and routes to market
Successfully position and differentiate Portworx technology
Build cross-functional go-to-market plans and own driving for results
Lead the management, and ongoing enhancement of Portworx to the GPO.
Support Pure sales team, partner account managers and partners on Portworx
Define strategy, programs and demand generation success metrics
Oversee communications, social media & web metrics
Work with marketing to drive programs and events to identify new prospects.
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE
Experience managing a global channel
Demonstrated experience developing partner programs & best practices acumen
Working knowledge of the Cloud Native industry and Kubernetes ecosystem, as well as open source communities.
High level consumer of SFDC
Excellent program management ability to documenting progress and communicating results
Experience in the use of analytics to measure and analyze impact
Ability to manage vendors and 3rd party partners on project
Strong influential and decision-making skill
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
For Colorado Applicants (as required by SB19-085):
Minimum annual base salary of [$248,000]. This position is also eligible for equity.
