You will be primarily accountable for being a part of our enterprise sales team who are helped by some of the best technical professionals in the business. So ideally you will know your technology, but also be able to talk business outcomes with prospects and clients across multiple persona's, and bridge how these business outcomes can be delivered driving the efficiencies, cost savings, flexibility and compliance that the client is looking to achieve. On the subject of comms, we need a solid all–rounder, with the ability to communicate across a variety of medium, whether picking up the phone, or well–structured written comms, including some experience of tender response writing.
This is a field–based role covering the National region, where you'll be tasked with the following:
– Researching, identifying, and generating new opportunities on a weekly basis via the phone and web
– Qualifying, building, and managing an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
– Selling solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
– Maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
– Skilfully delivering web based and in person presentations using sales best practices
– Selling to VP & C–suite Executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex organisations
– Consistently exceeding your quarterly and annual sales quota and be well–compensated for doing so
– Adapting to change while remaining highly organised, optimistic, and coachable

What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who's got a background in working in a high–paced tech industry. They'll also need you to have a background in achieving sales goals.
In addition, you'll need the following:
– Strong in–person, phone, and written customer communication skills
– A innovative and solutions oriented mindset
– Attention to detail and are flexible
We need you to be willing to cover a large territory and travel within the UK.

What can I earn?
This Business Development Manager position offers a basic salary between GBP35,000 – GBP50,000 per annum.
On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of up to GBP50,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets.
