About the job
Twilio Canada is growing rapidly and seeking an experienced Program Manager to design and execute initiatives and programmatic institutions to drive results for our Canadian business segment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Develop and operationalize sales and marketing programs to support our GTM in Canada
Work cross-functionally on defining requirements needed to develop and deliver sales excellence and execution
Develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and effectively execute those plans focused on the key growth priorities for the Canadian Sales Organization
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales in Canada, you will be involved in designing the programs required to drive market expansion and sales execution.

Twilio is looking for a Program Manager who lives
the Twilio Magic
and has a demonstrated track record of managing and leading complex projects and programs. They also have:
3 years of experience in sales programs, sales operations, program management or sales management within the cloud industry
Experience developing and operationalizing programs to support GTM
Experience collaborating cross-functionally on defining requirements needed to develop and deliver sales excellence and execution
Ability to take broad concepts and the vision and then develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and effectively execute those plans
Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal teams at all levels
Adept in leading and managing without formal authority and bias to action within ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Bring data driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills
Strong bias to action and excellent time management and prioritization skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives
A bachelor’s degree and prior work related experience or equivalent

BE A POSITRON & WEAR THE CUSTOMER'S SHOES:
Create a strong partnership with sales, ensuring they are well-equipped with the content, training, knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to effectively sell Twilio
BE A BUILDER:
Be responsible for building a strategic business development plan that defines priorities, ensuring it is well aligned across Twilio, and executing the plan while working with key internal stakeholders

This role will be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
This role will be remote
Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.
