Description
The MarketPoint Sales Enabling Technology (SET) team is seeking an Associate Director to lead a team of Product Owners and Product Managers focused on delivering best-in-class agent and consumer facing technology experiences. This role oversees an organization that is responsible for creating, leading and implementing Humana's agent experiences, focused specifically on capabilities related to sales lead nurturing, omni-channel integration and seamless integration with key enterprise products. The ideal candidate would be experienced in cloud based CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) implementations and have experience leading teams working in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role will be a thought leader who can navigate an ever-changing sales landscape to deliver best-in-class agent/consumer experiences via new product delivery and existing product enhancements. The associate will identify opportunities, create solutions, and work collaboratively across the enterprise via cross-functional teams to deliver product capabilities based on highest value outcomes. A qualified candidate will be experienced in leading large teams, focused on growing those associates and leveraging Agile principals to position them to deliver the most value for the enterprise. The associate should also be comfortable in soliciting input, presenting and communicating with all levels of leadership and in multiple mediums to influence, align and inspire individuals across the enterprise with whom they either have or do not have a direct reporting relationship.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
6 or more years of product owner/technical experience
2 or more years of management experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Experience in cloud based CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Experience and Certifications
Six Sigma certification
PMP certification
Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
Additional Information
Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
