This divisions key product, the TruClear System, has already set the standard for clarity, precision, and efficiency in hysteroscopic polyp and fibroid removal. Now, this high-performance system can do even more. The only pathology-optimized, mechanical hysteroscopic tissue removal system, the TruClear System now enables a full spectrum of intrauterine procedures including:
Myomectomy
Diagnostic Visual D&C and Endometrial Biopsy
Removal of Retained Products of Conception
Polypectomy
Together with the existing Gynaecological health focus within the Surgical Innovations division, this exciting technology highlights Medtronics commitment to delivering greater minimally invasive solutions for Womens Health.
**A Day in the Life**
Reporting to the Senior Sales Supervisor GYN Health, as Sales Specialist GYN Health, you will be responsible for the growth of TruClear sales in key accounts via the identification and management of relationships with all key stakeholders within the UK.
You will be involved in the development, implementation and execution of the marketing strategy, and driving sales of the TruClear portfolio. This will be in line with the EU strategy and via collaboration with the other SI teams to provide support and offer innovative value-added solutions to our customers.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
Maintain and develop the TruClear Solution business with existing and new customers to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in terms of revenues
Develop relationships with key centres, based on customized solutions that answer specific needs (Patient Pathway Optimization, Office Hysteroscopy setup, etc)
Train and educate relevant hospital staff to maintain and acquire knowledge on new products, technologies, markets, sales tools and processes
Be the face of Medtronic for our key TruClear Customers by pro-actively coordinating with functional teams to provide full account management support
Promote Medtronics unique value and partnership positioning, together with Health Economics & Reimbursement, and coordinate the definition and implementation of strategically aligned commercial initiatives, with both healthcare professionals and non-clinical stakeholders
Represent the Company at key conference and networking events to reinforce Medtronics presence and brand in the market
Collaborate with the Disease State Management team & Medical Affairs to coordinate Peer to Peer KOL events to drive fast product adoption
Work closely with the EU GYN Health team; act as a strong team player and contributor to share best practices, market insights, and contribute to the growing expertise in mHTR and Hysteroscopy
**Must-Have: Minimum Requirements**
Target-oriented, with successful sales experience (>3 years), in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry
Highly committed to customers satisfaction and long-term relationship development
Thorough understanding of the national/local health care system/s
Strategic and clear thinker with strong commercial acumen and robust logic/analytical capabilities. Culturally aware of company strategy and able to enthuse customers about its products and solutions
Ability to travel away from home several days per week as required. May include some weekends
**Nice to Have**
Preferably, healthcare-related (medical or scientific) degree or its equivalent; additional Business/marketing qualification a strong plus
Knowledge of the GYN and Hysteroscopic Market
Result-focused, able to set priorities, and manage projects/initiatives in a timely fashion. Meets deadlines and constantly demonstrates a completer/finisher approach
Strong influencer, communicator, and enthusiastic with positive thinking and a can-do attitude. Passion is a priority
