Aon is looking for a Personal Lines Account Executive (Retail and Group) - Sales/Business Development (12 months contract role with a possibility of an extension)Looking to grow professionally in the insurance industry? This opportunity might be exactly what you are looking for!As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Sales and Service teams within Aon Commercial Risk, in Toronto, Ontario.Job Description:Working with the Regional branch staff as required, to uncover and develop new group & retail opportunities and increase penetration levels on existing groups;Developing presentations for prospective groups; assisting with introductions to prospective clients and providing professional resource support;Must be comfortable presenting to both colleagues and clients alike;Collaborating closely regularly with the Commercial Account Executives and advising on status, group developments and/or arranging joint meetings;Completing the required group documentation as outlined (Group Application, Group Marketing Plan, etc.) to ensure accurate distribution to all interested parties;Working with group insurance carriers to place selected groups and supervising the development of existing groups;Developing and implementing an annual marketing plan for existing and onboarded groups;Work collaboratively with the group sponsor to implement all plans and employee meetings;Assisting in the education of branch staff relative to the sales and service requirements for group & retail business development;With the marketing team, preparing group marketing material and ensuring its availability for group development;Some travel required within ON, TO and Eastern CanadaLeading by example, demonstrating and sharing with all lines of business the importance of best practice;RIBO license required but not critical for this contract positionOther related duties & responsibilities as assigned.Job Requirement:Should be open for a contract (12 month) roleIt’s a hybrid role (Work from home and Toronto office)Must have experience in Business Development/SalesNeeds to have a car (will be travelling within the region)RIBO is nice to haveShould be open for travelling within Ontario or nearbyPersonal Lines experience is nice to haveWe offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
