The Enablement team’s mission is to empower **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. sellers with the right stories, knowledge and go-to-market skills that will drive valuable engagement with prospective buyers.
As Senior Enablement Manager, SDR, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs for Inbound and Outbound SDRs. We’re looking for an experienced professional who specializes in Pipeline Generation, Prospecting and Discovery programs with an emphasis on Outbound. You will have the opportunity to help us shape how we deliver best in class enablement around the globe.
The role requires excellent organization and communication skills. Additionally, effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Marketing, SDR Leadership, Sales Leadership, and Sales Representatives is required. You will work closely with the Global Sales Enablement team to leverage existing content where necessary.
What will I be doing? 🚀
You will own and drive **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s SDR enablement activities and programs. You’ll be responsible for:
Partnering with leadership to design, develop and execute on an SDR onboarding program
Supporting the development of continuous SDR enablement programs along with a focus on supporting talent development
Onboarding of SDRs new to the business
Regular needs analysis to ensure alignment with the rhythm of the business and SDR Leadership
Stakeholder and Program Management will be foundational across onboarding and continuous enablement
An ability to make complex topics easy to understand for different audiences with varying technical aptitudes
Communications skills as it relates to stakeholder management, program management along with training
Facilitating of training and events both in-person and virtual
Implementing effective post-training communications and access to resources
Setting program goals, measuring results/KPIs of the program and documenting success
What skills do I need? 📖
You could be great for this role if you have:
5 years in Enablement or SDR Management
Successful experience in direct sales (as AE or SDR) with an emphasis on skill development including outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification. Additionally, experience in any of the following: sales enablement, coaching, education, training, and/or curriculum development
Experience in delivering presentations and training, both in-person and virtually
Experience in designing self-paced learning
Group facilitation skills; running workshops, role plays and hands-on learning activities
A passion for working with sales teams
Experience at a high growth SaaS company
A highly motivated, self-starter, problem solving attitude
Ability to proactively manage multiple business stakeholders and work with all seniority levels across the business
The desire and capacity to work independently AND collaboratively
A basic understanding of GDPR data and communication policies
Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skill; positive, flexible
Ability and willingness to learn and develop new skills
Highly organized, great attention to detail, and deadline driven
Bonus skills & attributes 🙌
Experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach, 6Sense
A background in methodologies like Challenger Selling, John Barrows’ Filling the Funnel and/or Command of the Message preferred
Worked in a globally distributed team
