To be successful in this role, you will need to be driven, curious, intelligent and deeply passionate about sales strategy and operations. You will be a strategic partner to the sales organization, helping to drive efficiency and deliver a high value partnership. This is a demanding role that requires strong work ethic, priority management and interpersonal skills.
What You'll Do
Work directly with sales management to execute strategic initiatives which will allow sales teams to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
Help to develop and drive the operational cadence across sales organization
Support our sales managers and account executives day-to-day by analyzing data, building reports and other ad hoc requests
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
Think of new ways to solve existing problems using data, process, and technology
What you’ll need to be successful
1 Year of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analyst, or financial analyst roles (including intern experience)
Motivated to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
Ability to work in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
Self-starter mentality with an ability to own tasks through to completion
Knowledge/experience with Salesforce.com and/or Clari a plus
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
BA or BS degree at minimum
