Pay Range:
$72,000 - $97,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Executive I will be responsible for national brands and/or private brands sell in strategies to multiple channels of distribution, managing the business to achieve both sales plans and profitability goals of the division.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  • Support high volume accounts and directly manage mid-low volume accounts
  • Serve as primary and/or secondary contact for select accounts
  • Establish a profitable growth plan in partnership with direct manager
  • Create and execute seasonal business plans/proposals to retailers
  • Establish strong retail relationships with buying teams and management.
  • Manage and report internal financial shipping estimates, order files, profitability results, and retailer's open to buy
  • Present seasonal product lines to retail accounts with proposed assortment that align with company merchandising, design vision, and sales objectives.
  • Secure orders and insure proper flow of information is reflected, including delivery dates, style information, and order style adjustments.
  • Sales lead for division projects such as market book recap, omni sell in strategies, PDP page enhancements and execution
  • Travel to account store locations (branching) to insure execution of product on floor is correct and manage any location/visual issues.
  • Communicate retailers’ feedback to Direct Manager and VP of Sales regarding market feedback, competitive product, and any relevant opportunities voiced by retailers to successfully fulfill the stores’ needs.
  • Partner with both retail and demand planning teams regarding in season performance and future season sell in strategies
  • Provide updated shipping information to retailer partners
  • Track sales (item selling) to discover new opportunities for re-orders.
  • Partner with Retail Development Team monthly and quarterly to share updates on current business and future season strategies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:    3 to 5 years’ of account executive experience.

        

Education:      Bachelor’s degree

Skills: 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Retail math skills/strong math and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
