Aon Edge is seeking a Sales Lead!This position oversees sales and sales strategy for the Aon Edge and Insurmark business units based within the Aon Affinity suite of managing general underwriting business. Aon Edge and Insurmark provide industry leading catastrophe insurance solutions, with a focus on flood insurance, financial institutions, and manufactured homes.Your impact as the Sales LeadIn this role, you will manage a team of sales professionals and business development support. You will work close with that team to establish meaningful and achievable stretch goals, set our sales strategy for expanding existing relationships and building new partnerships, own our executive relationships for our institutional accounts, and interface with other sales organizations within Aon.
